2021 Presentation Dinner
6pm on 10/09 @ Aratula Community Sports Centre
The international (U13+) presentation night will be held 6pm Friday 10th September at the Aratula Community Sports Centre (Carter Road, Aratula).
Cost of the dinner is $25 per head for parents/carers, which will include a 2-course dinner and lucky door prizes. The club will bear the cost of the players meals. Drinks will be available to purchase from the bar, cash and EFTPOS accepted.
Due to capacity limitations, the night is restricted to the international player + up to 2 parents/carers (no siblings, friends or partners). Life members have also been invited to the event. Each age group will be allocated a table for the entire team to sit together, parents/carers are welcome to sit at any available table.
Dress code is smart casual. Please advise any dietary requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to accommodate them.
RSVP is via online booking, and is required by 5pm Tuesday 7th September to allow the caterer time to prepare. No new bookings will be accepted on the night.
